"My name is Kassandra and I am 11. I am shy, I am sensitive, and I am smart. I like to play tag, go hiking and riding bike. I have received awards in Math, Social Studies and Science.

I don’t live with my birth family because my parents got into a fight and the judge doesn’t want violence. When I was removed form my home I felt sad and cried. When I think about being away from my family I feel worried and nervous because I feel something bad is going to happen.
